E-SIGN Disclosure
By agreeing to receive Communications from Searchfire Media, you also consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records, please email us at support@searchfiremedia.com with "Revoke Electronic Consent" in the subject line.
Accessing Communications
To view and retain a copy of these Communications or any other information related to your enrollment with Searchfire Media, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with internet access and (ii) either a printer or sufficient storage space on the device. If you require a free paper copy or need to update your contact information, please email us at support@searchfiremedia.com with your contact details and the address for delivery.
Signing up for Communications
By providing your telephone number(s) and other contact information, you agree that Searchfire Media or any of our affiliates, agents, service providers, or successors (each a "Communicator") may contact you. This includes using an automatic telephone dialing system, leaving voice or prerecorded messages, or sending text messages, emails, or other electronic messages for various purposes, such as responding to your inquiries, providing information you requested, or servicing and collecting amounts you owe under any loan obtained through a partner-lender. You also acknowledge that a Communication may include your personal information. You will not be charged for these Communications by the Communicator, but your wireless or other service provider may impose fees like message and data rates.
By signing up, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the authority to provide this consent either as the subscriber of the telephone number or with authorization from the subscriber. If there are any changes to your telephone number(s) or email address, or if you wish to withdraw your consent to be contacted, please notify us immediately at support@searchfiremedia.com.
Please note that signing up for Communications is not a requirement to use Searchfire Media services. If you wish to submit a request without signing up for Communications, please call 512-617-5567.
By signing up to receive Communications, you agree to abide by these Communications Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
Opting Out of Communications
If at any time you no longer wish to receive Communications, you may opt out by emailing support@searchfiremedia.com or sending a reply text-message indicating your desire to opt-out.
Modifications to these Communications Terms
Searchfire Media reserves the right to modify these Communications Terms, or any part thereof, by adding or removing terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued enrollment in our Communications program after any modifications shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.
